1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EliteFleetEvents.com services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the related Privacy Policy. Elite Fleet Events LLC (“Elite Fleet Events”, “we”, “our”) operates the website and services described herein.

2. Service Description

EliteFleetEvents.com is operated by Elite Fleet Events LLC, a premier luxury wedding and event transportation house arranging and coordinating premium vehicle services, day-of coordination, and guest experience management for weddings, corporate events, galas, and private celebrations within the State of New Jersey. Elite Fleet Events LLC operates intrastate within New Jersey and may source select vehicles through a vetted partner network; out-of-state requests may be referred to qualified partners on a case-by-case basis.

3. Booking, Payment, and Digital Contracts

All bookings are subject to availability. A 50% deposit confirms your reservation; the remaining balance is due before the event date. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Service agreements are delivered and signed electronically through DocuSign. By signing electronically you agree your electronic signature carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.

3a. Vehicle Substitution

In the rare event that the specific vehicle reserved becomes unavailable due to mechanical failure, accident, or circumstances beyond Elite Fleet Events LLC’s reasonable control, Elite Fleet Events LLC reserves the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle from its catalog or vetted partner network. Any substitute vehicle will meet or exceed the class, capacity, and presentation standard of the originally reserved vehicle. The Client will be notified of any substitution as far in advance as practicable. Elite Fleet Events will bear all incremental cost of any substitution; the Client’s contracted price remains unchanged.

4. SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Elite Fleet Events LLC, you agree to the following terms:

• Messages are sent from the toll-free number +1 (866) 328-4589 (display: (866) 328-4589).
• Message frequency varies based on your reservation, event schedule, and service interactions.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time.
• Reply HELP for support or to reach our customer-care team.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase — you may book services without opting in to text messages.
• SMS messages may include booking confirmations, driver dispatch and arrival updates, event coordination, payment notifications, and customer support responses.
• We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.
• Your phone number is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing, and mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• SMS messages are delivered through Twilio.

5. Industry Traceback & Caller Identification Programs

Elite Fleet Events LLC participates in industry traceback and caller identification programs as required by the STIR/SHAKEN framework and applicable telecommunications regulations. We cooperate with traceback investigations initiated by the Secure Telephony Identity Policy Administrator (STI-PA) and the US Telecom Traceback Group to verify the origin and legitimacy of our outbound messages. By using our services, you acknowledge that message delivery records may be retained and disclosed to authorized regulatory bodies in connection with these programs.

6. Liability and Client Responsibilities

We strive to provide exceptional service but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Clients are responsible for accurate pickup and destination information, being ready at the scheduled time, and treating vehicles and operators with respect.

7. Brokerage Disclosure

Elite Fleet Events LLC operates as a luxury event logistics service. All transportation is provided by independent professional operators who are not employees of Elite Fleet Events LLC. Independent operators are solely responsible for the operation of their vehicles and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
