How Elite Fleet Events LLC collects SMS opt-in consent, what messages we send, and how customers can opt out at any time.

Program Overview

Elite Fleet Events LLC sends transactional SMS text messages from the toll-free number +1 (866) 328-4589 (display: (866) 328-4589) to customers who have opted in through our online quote and reservation forms at elitefleetevents.com/quote. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Message frequency varies based on your reservation, event schedule, and service interactions. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help or contact us at support@elitefleetevents.com or Call us.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may book any Elite Fleet Events LLC service without opting in to SMS messages.

Message Types

Customers who opt in may receive the following types of transactional SMS messages:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Driver dispatch and arrival updates
  • Event transportation coordination
  • Customer support responses
  • Payment and billing notifications

The following are verbatim examples of the messages we send. Customer name, amounts, event dates, and payment URLs vary per booking.

  • Inquiry confirmation: Hi Sarah! Thanks for your inquiry. We'll reach out within 24hrs. Call Call us — EliteFleet
  • Contract sent: Hi Sarah, your contract is ready! Check email for the DocuSign link. — EliteFleet
  • Contract signed: Hi Sarah, contract received! A deposit link will follow shortly. — EliteFleet

How Consent Is Collected

The live opt-in form is at https://elitefleetevents.com/quote — this is the URL on file with our SMS messaging service provider as the opt-in source. SMS consent is collected on this public quote-request form. The form presents an unchecked checkbox immediately below the phone-number field. The customer must actively check the box before the form will submit. Customers do not opt in by texting a keyword to our toll-free number — opt-in is captured exclusively by web-form checkbox. The exact disclosure text shown next to the checkbox is:

The label links to this SMS Consent page and to our Privacy Policy. Submitting the form without checking the box returns a validation error and no SMS messages are sent.

Privacy and Data Sharing

Your phone number is used solely for operational communication related to your booking. Elite Fleet Events LLC does not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes, and mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
